The Process Simulation Working Group is an open forum for simulation-enthusiastic engineers. The biannual meetings focus on the technology-neutral exchange about the diverse application areas of process simulation and its challenges in practice.
12th Meeting of the Process Simulation Working Group in Graz
The 12th meeting will focus on the topic Strengthening The Sustainability Of The Process Industry With Simulation.
The process industry is an important part of the global economy, but at the same time it is responsible for a large share of energy consumption, waste production and emissions. Process simulation offers many opportunities to improve sustainability in this sector. Sustainability issues can already be considered in the design of process plants, or can be optimized for existing plants, without significant impact on profitability and competitiveness.
Get-Together And Networking Included
The Process Simulation Working Group, initiated and supported by INOSIM, offers stimulating lectures from practice, which form the basis for the exchange of experiences, productive discussions and the elaboration of analyses and new ideas through cooperative workshops of the participants.
